Träning?

....Jag går ju faktiskt på esperitox och KanJang så det får kanske bli nästa Måndag..hmm..vad tror ni om det?=)Det kan ju ju inte vara sunt att springa på på ett löpband då..eller?;)När man är lite förkyld..host...hmmm=P

Ta det lugnt - inte bra att träna med förkylning. Hela hösten kan ibland vara en enda lång förkylning tyvärr, men lättare promenader är aldrig fel, som en shopping t.ex.! :)
